- 4Bring: utility bills, Social Security numbers, proof of income, and proof of citizenship
Eligibility Requirements
- Ohio resident
- Household income at or below 175% of the federal poverty level
- Both homeowners and renters are eligible
- Priority given to households with elderly, disabled, or young children
